1. How Much Sleep Do I Need?

There is no absolute number when it comes to how much sleep one needs. Eight hours of sleep is generally regarded by experts to be the most optimal for you. The world's leading experts agree that most adults require somewhere between six and nine hours to wake up and feel refreshed. Sleep helps you to function well both mentally and physically. It’s easy to get caught up on the number of hours one sleeps. What really matters is the quality of sleep you get.

2. How To Fall Asleep?

There are many interesting theories as to what methods work best when trying to fall asleep. According to recent research, the most prominent metric of sound sleep hygiene was how long each individual thinks it takes them to fall asleep. Those who report falling asleep in under 10 to 15 minutes of putting their sleepy head on the comfy pillow are more likely to have good sleep health. Greater than 15 minutes may indicate some sleep trouble.

3. Why Can't I Sleep?

There could be a wide range of things and reasons as to why you might be having trouble sleeping. Too much caffeine, not having a sleep routine, stress, anxiety you name it.
