Why do I do what I do?
1- I have always been fascinated by how the human body works in a training/sporting context. I like to know the why and the how behind physical performance.
2- My personal experience with strength training and weightlifting having such a positive impact on my confidence and self esteem definitely lead me towards coaching it. Getting to be a part of this transformation in people is awesome! It becomes about so much more than a change in their physical appearance.
